The challenge
Due to ongoing success, Albion Fine Foods were beginning to outgrow their premises and current IT set up. They had nearly reached capacity within their IT support arrangement alongside legacy business management tools that required a lot of support and fixes. They were also bursting at the seams across three sites in Tonbridge.
The solution
We took on all IT support activities for Albion Fine Foods, bringing a new breadth of skills as well as out of hours capabilities. We also worked with Albion Fine Foods to roll out their new, more reliable business management tool.
Once Albion Fine Foods had identified an alternative larger site for their expansion, we worked with the team to set it up ready for the relocation. This included working with our cabling partner to deliver WiFi coverage across the 138,062 sq ft site.
We installed over 100 access points across the warehouse, including ambient and frozen areas, to maximise connectivity to the team’s handheld terminals. We also helped kit out the new office; supplying and fitting brand new laptops, monitors and docking stations.

Albion Fine Foods is a premium supplier of over 4,500 chilled, frozen and dry goods products to chefs across London and the southeast. They run a seven day a week service from their purpose-built premises in Dartford, Kent, a stone’s throw from the M25 and Dartford crossing.
